War Guy is a very dangerous mini boss. He looks a lot like a nomal Shy Guy, but with scars. He has a Mini Gun right by his side to shoot you down. To kill him, you need to grab the Poltorgist 3000, suck up his mask, and shoot him with his own gun.

How to kill: First, you have to duck under all of his attacks, then take his Poltorgist 3000 and suck up his mask. Then, jump on the gun and grap it and shoot him in the face. Do this three times and you have killed him.
